Q:   Do all the pendants come with a chain?

A:  No.  Chains must be purchased separately unless the item specifically states that it comes with the pendant.  Some of the children's pendants are sold with the chains.

Q:  How do I find a product in a particular price range?

A:  There are two ways you can search for products in a particular price range:  1) On every page on the left side there is a place to search by price.  You need to enter the starting price and the ending price range.  Click "Search" and enter.  All items in that range will come up.  2)  Click on the "Product Search" tab on the upper left navigation bar.  A page will pop up and you can enter the starting price and the ending price range.  Click "Search" and enter.

Q:  The item shows that an item comes in different color (quality) gold, but there is no picture of it.  Does that mean I can still order it in the color (quality) gold I wish?

A:  Yes.  If the item description states that it comes in the different color (quality) gold, you may order it.  Use the drop down menu on that item and the options are there for you to select.  Not all pictures were available at the time of uploading on the website; therefore, they are not shown, but available.

Q:  Can I get a different size of the item that what is shown?

A:  If there is a different size available in an item, you will be able to click on the drop down menu for that item and the different sizes will appear. 

Q:  If I order a different size than what is shown, will there be a difference in price?

A:  Yes.  The sizes that are available will reflect the difference in price when you click on the drop down tab.  If the size you would like is larger than what is shown there will be an additional cost and the drop down tab reflects the additional amount needed to the default price.  If the size you would like is smaller than what is shown, the drop down menu reflects the decrease amount from the default price.

Q:  Can I order rings in a different size than what is listed in the drop down menu?

A:  In most cases you can, but there will be a difference in price.  We ask that you email us at gbk2007@sbcglobal.net with the item and size you are looking for and we will respond via email with the quote.   Please allow up to 5 working days to respond.

Q:  If I received an email from you with a quote of an item I would like to order, how do I go about ordering it?

A:  Send us an email with the item number (SKU #), Color of Gold, Size, and Quantity.  Also, send us the following information:

Name

Address

City, State, Zip

County (this is required on all orders or the order will not go through)

Phone # (in case we need to contact you with any questions or to clarify something)

Your Credit Card type (either MasterCard or Visa). 

Your Credit Card # 

Expiration Date of Credit Card

Your card will be charged before the order gets processed and shipped.  Please be aware that your credit card statement will reflect "Molter Enterprises, Inc." as Gems By Katie is a subsidiary of Molter Enterprises, Inc. 

This item is considered a custom (make to order) so it will take up to 10 working days for the item to ship.  If there is a further delay, we will contact you. 

Q:  If I can't find an item I am looking for on the website is it possible to get it?

A:  Send us an email at gbk2007@sbcglobal.net with the item you are looking for and we will email you back with the requested items availability.

Q:  Can I look up an item by it's SKU #?

A:  Yes.  Click on the "Product Search" tab on the upper right navigation bar.  A screen will pop up where you can enter the SKU #, click search.  Your item will appear.
